Product scope, modules, operations, access, implementation, and buying — without invented claims.
Product
Buildify360 is a construction ERP / construction operating system. It connects project planning, BOQ, procurement, purchase orders, work orders, inventory, expenses, finance, drawings, documents, tasks, site progress, clients, and reports in one platform built for project-driven construction businesses.
Buildify360 is designed for real estate developers, builders, civil and general contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure companies, interior contractors, project management consultants, and the procurement, finance, project management, site, and store teams who run construction projects day to day.
Yes. Each project gets its own Project 360 workspace, and you can switch project context across modules. Management can also work in an all-projects view for portfolio visibility.
Modules
Yes. Buildify360 includes BOQ management with sections, items, quantities, rates, amounts, rate analysis, versions/revisions, planned vs actual visibility, and Excel import/export — while keeping a spreadsheet-like working experience.
Yes. BOQ items can link into procurement and purchasing so requirements, purchase orders, work orders, and expenses map back to the estimate. That keeps committed and actual cost visible against the BOQ.
Yes. Purchase orders are project-linked and can include vendor, BOQ linkage, items, quantity, rate, tax, delivery date, terms, attachments, approval, GRN, vendor bill, payment status, and outstanding quantity.
Yes. Work orders are for contractor and execution work — scope, quantity, rate, milestones, measurements, bills, and payments — linked to project and BOQ. Purchase orders remain the path for material/product purchasing.
Yes. Inventory supports project inventory and warehouse inventory, including GRN, material issue, returns, transfers, adjustments, stock ledger, consumption, and quantity states such as available, on-order, and consumed.
Yes. Project expenses can be recorded with category, payee, amount, date, payment method, BOQ linkage, attachments, and approvals. Expenses are kept separate from vendor bills raised against purchase orders or work orders.
Yes. Drawing management covers drawing number, title, discipline, revision, status, upload, review, approval, history, viewer support, transmittals, and project linkage so teams can work from the correct revision.
Yes. Revisions and history are part of drawing control. Teams can see status changes such as review, approved, or revision required, and keep older revisions traceable.
Yes. Vendor bills can be raised against purchase orders or work orders, with project, taxes, due dates, approval, outstanding amounts, payment history, and documents. Payable aging helps finance follow up.
Buildify Smart Assistant lets users ask natural-language-style questions and retrieve authorized ERP information — for example spend this month, BOQ value, pending purchase orders, overdue vendor bills, low stock, today's activity, or overdue tasks. It works within project context and user permissions.
Yes. Users can ask process questions such as "How do I create a PO?", "How do I receive material?", "How do I create a BOQ?", or "How do I upload a drawing?" and receive step-by-step guidance inside the assistant, often with a path back into the relevant screen.
Operations
Yes. Finance views bring together contract value, BOQ value, committed cost, actual cost, receivables, payables, cash flow, and margin so management can review project financial health from connected transactions.
A typical flow is: requirement → purchase requisition → RFQ → vendor quotation/comparison → approval → purchase order → GRN → inventory → vendor bill → payment. Everything stays linked to project and, where used, BOQ.
Purchase orders are for material/product purchasing. Work orders are for contractor, service, or execution work — including scope, measurements, and contractor billing. Keeping them separate makes commitments and cost clearer.
Select a project once and Buildify360 filters BOQ, procurement, PO, WO, bills, inventory, expenses, drawings, documents, tasks, reports, and Smart Assistant to that project. Choose all projects when you need a management-wide view.
Approval workflows support controlled review for purchase requisitions, RFQ/comparison where applicable, purchase orders, work orders, vendor bills, expenses, drawings, and documents — with approver, timestamp, comments, and history.
Access & Security
Yes. Access can be controlled by role and by project, including module and action permissions. Typical roles include management, project manager, procurement, site engineer, finance, store, document controller, vendor, client, and administrator.
Client-facing views can include project visibility, invoices, payments, approved drawings, approved documents, and progress where enabled. Internal procurement and expense detail stays internal unless your rollout explicitly supports sharing it.
Implementation
Buildify360 is built to reduce dependency on disconnected Excel files for BOQ, purchasing, inventory, expenses, and project cost tracking — while still supporting Excel import/export where teams need sheets for estimating or sharing. Many companies start by replacing the riskiest spreadsheets first, then expand module by module.
Migration depends on your current systems and data quality. Common starting points include projects, vendors, BOQ structures, and opening stock. Confirm migration scope, templates, and timeline with the Buildify360 team during your demo or onboarding discussion.
Construction operations in Buildify360 can complement accounting tools used for statutory books. Supported connectors, export formats, and the recommended finance workflow are confirmed during demo — do not assume a specific accounting integration until it is verified for your stack.
Buying
Yes. Civil contractors, general contractors, and infrastructure contractors use the same core flows for BOQ, vendors, work orders, inventory, site progress, and project cost control. Contractor-focused messaging and solutions pages cover those needs explicitly.
Yes. Use the Book a Demo page to share your company type, project volume, current systems, and modules of interest. The team will schedule a walkthrough around your construction workflows.
Pricing depends on users, projects, modules, storage, support, and any custom integrations. Use Request Pricing or Book a Demo for a quote matched to your rollout — this site does not publish a fixed list price.
