It covers the public website only. Product-app privacy terms for a provisioned Buildify360 workspace are confirmed separately in your commercial agreement.

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, schedule demos, and operate this marketing site. Transactional email for form notifications is sent through Resend. Hosting and form processing run on the infrastructure that serves this website.

Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the sales conversation and related follow-up, then deleted or archived according to our internal records process.
